Medication reminders

Staying on schedule matters. Caregivers provide friendly, timely reminders woven into the day's routine, and keep family informed along the way. Reminders are verbal only: our caregivers don't handle or give medication.

Respite for family caregivers

Caring for a parent is rewarding and tiring. Our companions step in for a few hours, a day or a regular weekly break, so you can rest, work or travel knowing your loved one has good company and a steady routine at home.

  • Regular weekly breaks or one-off cover
  • Companionship and familiar routines
  • Light meals and tidying up
  • Rides and errands while you're away

Overnight companionship

Nights can feel long, especially after a hospital stay or when a loved one is anxious or restless. An overnight companion is there to talk, make a warm drink or a snack, keep the house quiet and secure, and call family or emergency services if something seems wrong. Companions don't help with toileting or getting in and out of bed.

  • Company and conversation in the evening
  • A light snack or warm drink
  • Checking in through the night
  • Doors locked and walkways clear
  • A morning update for family

Hospital-to-home support

A hospital stay is stressful for everyone. A companion can sit with your loved one during the stay, bring them home at discharge, pick up groceries and prescriptions on the way, and have a meal ready. We're non-medical, so we work alongside the discharge plan from your loved one's care team.

  • Hospital and rehab sitting, where the facility allows
  • A ride home at discharge
  • Groceries and prescription pickup
  • Meals ready and the house tidy
  • Companionship through the first days home
