WellTrust Health Group LLC (“WellTrust,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a consultation or send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, who the care is for, the services you're interested in, your preferred consultation time and anything you write in your message.

Referrals from professionals. When a hospital or other professional refers a patient, we collect the referrer's name, organization and contact details, and the referral details they enter: the ZIP code where the patient will stay, the expected discharge date, the services that may help, any notes and, only if the patient or family agreed, a family member's name and phone number. The form asks for no medical details. If a referrer chooses “Remember my details on this device,” their name, organization and contact details are saved in that browser only, to fill in the form next time. “Not you?” on the form, or clearing the browser's data for this site, removes them.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it only to operate the website and keep it secure.

Analytics and cookies. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count page visits, taps on our phone number and completed bookings and referrals, so we can improve the site. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't identify you and never receives what you type into our forms. Our website doesn't use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

Accessibility choices. If you use the accessibility button (such as larger text or higher contrast), your choices are saved in your browser on that device only, so they stay on as you browse. They are never sent to us. Choosing “Turn everything off,” or clearing your browser's data for this site, removes them.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website, deliver email and keep track of the families we work with (our customer relationship management system), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and when the law requires it or to protect the safety of our clients, our caregivers or others.

Third-party tracking and “Do Not Track”

We don't allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time or across different websites when you use our site. Because we don't track visitors, our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and consultation information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep accurate business records, and then delete it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don't include medical details in our online forms. We're glad to talk through care needs by phone or at your consultation.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct or delete the information you've submitted by contacting us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
